Active healthcare professionals can request samples of Atkins products for patients. Simply complete the form below, and our team will get back to you within 3-5 business days with more information. Please expect product delivery in 4-5 weeks.
Before requesting, please take note:
- Healthcare professionals must submit provider credentials.
- Samples can only be shipped to business addresses, including clinical practices and other health and medical facilities. We are not able to ship samples to home addresses.
- Our sampling policy allows for one request per practice no more than once every three months. Requests outside of this timeframe can’t be fulfilled, and we appreciate your understanding.
